Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This reflects current EU consumer-protection requirements as researched, but hasn't been checked by qualified counsel and contains a few fields (marked [FILL IN]) only the business owner can supply. Get it reviewed before treating it as final.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using UvaWeb, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

UvaWeb generates websites, social posts, and images from a description of your business, using AI. Video ad generation is in development and not currently available. Generated output is a starting point, not a guarantee: review it before publishing, and check factual claims, contact details, and compliance with your own industry's rules before it goes live. Each plan includes a set number of credits, spent per generation or refinement (see the pricing page for current amounts); running out of credits pauses new generations until your next reset or an upgrade.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country, and able to form a binding contract. One account per business is expected; don't share login credentials. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans bill monthly in advance. Credits reset each billing period and don't roll over; purchased credit top-ups don't expire. You can cancel anytime from your account settings: you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account drops to no active plan (your data isn't deleted). We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your next billing period.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you're a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days from signing up to cancel a purchase for any reason and get a full refund, with no explanation needed. Because UvaWeb starts generating content on demand (a service, not a physical product), this works a little differently once you actually start using it:
  • Before you confirm a paid plan, we'll ask you to explicitly agree to the service starting immediately rather than waiting out the 14 days.
  • If you withdraw within 14 days before using any credits, you get a full refund.
  • If you withdraw within 14 days afterusing some credits, you get a refund for the unused portion, minus a proportionate amount for what you've already generated.
  • To withdraw, email UvaWeb.info@gmail.com or use the account cancellation option, and say clearly that you're withdrawing from the contract. We'll confirm receipt in writing.

This section reflects our current, good-faith reading of EU digital-services withdrawal rules, which changed recently and are still being clarified by courts. It hasn't been confirmed by a lawyer — treat the mechanism as provisional until it is.

6. Refunds

  • Credits already spent on a generation or refinement that completed successfully aren't refundable — the service was delivered, the same way you wouldn't expect a refund for a website that generated correctly. This is separate from the withdrawal right in Section 5, which still applies to whatever part of your purchase is unused.
  • A generation or refinement that fails, errors out, or times out never costs credits in the first place — that's automatic, not something you need to request. If you ever see credits taken for a failed attempt, tell us and we'll correct it.
  • Unused monthly plan credits left over when your billing period resets aren't refunded and don't carry over (see Section 4). Purchased credit top-ups are different: they never expire, so there's nothing to refund or lose there either.
  • To request a refund or exercise your withdrawal right, email UvaWeb.info@gmail.com with your account email and, if you have one, your payment reference code, and say clearly what you're asking for. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve straightforward requests within 5.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use UvaWeb to generate illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harassing content, or content impersonating a real person or business without authorization. Don't attempt to abuse the generation pipeline (e.g. automated scraping of credits, circumventing rate limits) or the posting integration in a way that violates a connected platform's own terms. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practical.

8. Client content and ownership

You own the websites, posts, and images generated for you, subject to your plan's terms and payment. You're responsible for having the rights to any photos, videos, or other material you upload for a client, and you grant UvaWeb the right to process that material solely to generate content for that client. Don't upload anything you don't have the rights to use.

9. Third-party platforms

Posting to Facebook, Instagram, or other connected platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms and availability, which we don't control. We're not responsible for a connected platform changing its rules, restricting your account, or going down.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

UvaWeb is provided "as is," without warranty that generated output will be error-free, factually accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. For material changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use UvaWeb after that means you accept the update; if you don't, you can cancel before it takes effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [FILL IN: country of business registration]. If you're a consumer habitually resident in another EU country, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of that country regardless. You can also bring a complaint to your local consumer protection authority.

13. Who you're contracting with

See our Imprint page for the legal identity, address, and registration details of the business behind UvaWeb.
